Join a creative workshop where sustainable fashion meets the art of jewellery! In this workshop we will transform **painted canvases, fabrics and clothes with a story** into unique and original jewellery, giving new life to recycled materials.
Through **cutting, assembling, weaving and resin techniques**, we will learn how to create earrings, necklaces and bracelets with a contemporary and eco-friendly design.
What we will be doing:
- Choosing and preparing textile materials
- Processing techniques to give structure and strength to jewellery
- Composition and harmony between colours and textures
- Assembling and finishing the pieces
A workshop open to everyone, with no need for experience, to experiment and discover the charm of jewellery that tells a story. **A creative way to combine sustainability, art and personal style!
the course is realised by the artist Michela Mazzeo
Michela Mazzeo Timmer is an artist and jewellery designer living in Amsterdam
graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo.
Micheaela has worked as a decorator and restorer in Sicily and Naples.
She is a well-known artist in Amsterdam for her textile jewellery, exhibited in Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
